Physiyoga combines traditional yoga with physiotherapy techniques such as myofascial release, anatomical alignment and adjustments to enhance your yoga experience. Rosie actively encourages those who are getting back to some form of exercise as well as sports people and athletes. Physiyoga facilitates a deeper understanding of your own body and how to prevent and manage injuries through yoga. Rosie’s classes are vinyasa flow based, with a strong alignment, meditative and anatomical focus .
Pilates & Yoga 1-1 Sessions/Small Groups
Small Group or 1-1 sessions are available combining physiotherapy, yoga and Pilates techniques as required. Rosie will do an initial physiotherapy informed assessment and tailor classes to suit your needs regardless of physical ability. £55 per hour.
