Physiyoga combines traditional yoga with physiotherapy techniques such as myofascial release, anatomical alignment & adjustments to enhance your yoga experience. Rosie actively encourages those who are getting back to some form of exercise as well as sports people and athletes. Physiyoga facilitates a deeper understanding of your own body and how to prevent and manage injuries through yoga. Rosie’s classes are vinyasa flow based, with a strong alignment, meditative and anatomical focus .
Pilates & Yoga 1-1 Sessions/Small Groups
Small Group or 1-1 sessions are available combining physiotherapy, yoga & Pilates techniques as required. Rosie will do an initial physiotherapy informed assessment and tailor classes to suit your needs regardless of physical ability.
Pregnancy Classes : Drop-in Pregnancy classes cost £12 or 6 weeks for £58, to be used over 8 weeks. (Pregnancy Classes are suitable from 12 weeks onwards , after 12 weeks scan)
Physiyoga classes: Drop-in £10 or £55 for 6 week block

Yin & Restorative Yoga
1st & 3rd Friday of the month : 6.30-8pm The Friday Night Chill Out @ The Yoga Tree. A combination of restorative, yin & yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to guide you to a deep level of relaxation and peace.
