Classes are suitable from 12 weeks onwards
(after your 12 week scan)
What do I need to bring ?
All blocks, bolsters, mats and blankets are provided at The Yoga Tree so we can support your changing pregnant body in the yoga practice.
Just come along and wear comfy clothes you can move in, a drink of water and a snack if you need it ! ( the only yoga classes you get to have a snack in!)
When and Where ?
This is a 4 week summer block of pregnancy yoga at The Yoga Tree, Norwich on All Saints Green . It is a wonderful fully equipped yoga studio in the city centre of Norwich. For details see http://www.theyogatree.co.uk
If you can arrive 5-10 mins early for the first class so we can have a chat and make sure everything is going smoothly in your pregnancy that would be great.
Upon booking your classes a pre-screening form will be emailed to you to complete prior to attending.
